comments to EPA regarding deregulation of
low-level radioactive wastes. BREDL
recommends that the EPA withdraw its Advanced
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Low-Activity
Radioactive Waste; furthermore, we recommend that
EPA undertake no non-regulatory actions which
would have the effect of de-regulating
radioactive wastes.
