March 7, 2002: The NC Supreme Court ruled in
favor of the Good Neighbors of South Davidson in
its case against the Town of Denton. The ruling
reversed the Court of Appeals and found that it
was clearly spot zoning that did not address a
chemical plant's impact on the surrounding
community.
The Good Neighbors of South Davidson is a BREDL
chapter.
