U.S. EPA, U.S. Justice Dept. & SCPSA March 16, 2004 settlement requires that SCPSA install flue gas desulfurization devices for controlling SO2 & selective catalytic reduction devices for controlling NOx on Units 3 & 4. These controls need to be online by 2012.
