Dec. 05, 2003: Earthjustice files lawsuit
challenging regulations published by the EPA that will
allow hazardous chemicals at toxic waste sites to be
pumped into the air without any control measures. Earthjustice filed the lawsuit on behalf of the
Sierra Club, the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League
and Concerned Citizens for Nuclear Safety.
